 Saddam Hussein, who is a president of Iraq, made the country relaxed. The fights and killings among tribes had been decreased. The most accidents in Iraq is appeared in Baghdad because it is the capital city of Iraq. The reporter said that the civilation death has dropped extremely by 70 percent since July 2007. However, Al Qaeda, the terrorist for 911, keeps bothering the Hussein’s plan by killing and bombing people. The price of oil in Iraq keeps increasing so Hussein will keep trying relax the country and the situation will get better.
